Illustrated newborn portrait, hand-drawn and painted in watercolour paint and ink pen on 300gsm white A4 watercolour paper.

A perfect gift for celebrating a new life, each illustration comes as is shown in the product image with a newborn baby laying face down and cuddling a stuffed toy or item of your choosing. The phrase 'hello world' is handwritten on the top of the page and customisation can be made, including the following:

Colour of border
Addition of name and birth details (e.g. date, weight, length etc)
Object that baby is holding
Clothing that baby is wearing
Appearance of baby, taken from photo likeness sent via email.

Once ordered, please send your preferred photo to hannahmegan.art@myyahoo.com to begin the illustration process. Please also include any customisation requirements in this initial email. Once a photo is received, a sketch will be sent within 2 weeks for approval to the buyer. This is when the sketch can be changed if edits need to be made. Please note I cannot add completely new elements (for example, adding a body to a photo with just faces)

Size - A4 on heavyweight, white watercolour paper.

Illustrations are completely hand-drawn and painted, meaning that small imperfections may be present due to the personalized nature of the illustration. This also means it is a unique, original piece of artwork and is crafted with care, skill and love.

Please note although I endeavor to catch the likeness of the individuals in each photograph, each illustration will be done in my own personal style and to my artistic interpretation and this may mean that is it not an exact, identical likeness.
Returns and Refunds will not be accepted on change of mind or disagreement over style of the final product. As stated, each piece is hand-painted and therefore an identical likeness to the photograph is impossible. Each piece will be created in my own unique style and to the best of my ability to produce an accurate likeness.

Once a painting is posted, I cannot accept responsibility for the condition it arrives in or when it arrives. It will be packaged with care to keep it in the best condition possible however I cannot accept responsibility once it has been posted.

Refunds will only be given in special circumstances, as discussed between the artist and buyer and at the discretion of the artist.
